Training for the Mile - week 2
Week 2 of training is down. Still running the same 3.2 mile run at about a 7:45 mile pace. Ran a little longer on Saturday and taking Sunday off to make for 4 days of running this week.
Monday - 22:14
Tuesday - 23:02
Friday - 23:41
Saturday - 29:08 longer distance run, added about 8 tenths of a mile to round out to 4 miles
This week I have been trying to focus on my form. Doing this throughout the run should help me become more efficient as a runner and help me achieve my goal of running the 4 minute mile. More on this during the week.
