		<description>I found this list googling the very same... some kind of comprehensive list rating foods on their energy density.  I was recently turned onto this idea from a couple of articles of the June 30, 2008 "First" magazine.  It sounds like something I could actually do!  Did you stick with it?  If so, here's a list from that mag of the top 15 low-energy density fruits:
