There is money to be made in any online endeavour, just it takes committment organization and hard work. I’m just about successfull but it is not down to me, it is down to my friends who know what I can do and keep asking for my help.

If I had organization skills, and the ability to focus - I would be rich al ong time ago. So my advice, if you lack these skills is to hire someone you trust to help you do it.

Erik your passive income is certainly hard work done by you earlier. But I guess it is going to dry up sooner than later unless you feed your blog with whatever took it to its past glory.

Somehow a sense of lethargy creeps into us after we make money on a blog. If for a day you tend to skip a post or build a link and you are already making money then it becomes a habit and slowly you only want to post once in a while and that can be dreadful I guess for your online habit.I have seen it for myself sleeping over a blog for 2 years it was a shame.

I wish you the best to recharge your guns again.

The thing i link about online business is that the more effort you take the more money you make. If you want to work just to have a good side income, is fine and if you want to make more, just simply work harder building sites and promoting them. In the brick and mortar, sometimes, the more effort, the less you get (customes not paying, too much taxes and so on…) Also, it is really nice to know that, even while you sleep, you’ll be able to make some money…

That is pretty good money for doing almost nothing. Good job with that! I think you are right, the harder and smarter you work on this, the more income will come in. If you are making this much from not doing anything, you could probably make 5-10 times this much when you really put your efforts into it.

If its a squeeking or grinding noise it could be time for new brake pads, if they are worn to much the internal rivets that hold the pat together could make contact with the rotor cause major damage and requiring you to get new rotors as well.
